வெண்ணிலா பவுடர்,
ஓட்ஸ் மாவு,
கேரட் பவுடர்,
ஸ்ட்ராபெரி,
பேக்கிங் பவுடர்,
பேக்கிங் சோடா,

செய்முறை
* 1 கப் ஸ்ட்ராபெரி பான் கேக்க மாவை எடுத்து 1/4 கப் தண்ணீருடன் நன்கு கலக்கவும் (தோசை மாவின் பதத்திற்கு கலக்கவும் )
* மாவை ஒரு சூடான தோசை சட்டியில் ஊற்றி அதன் மேல் சிறிது நெய் விடவும்
* ஒரு குளியான மூடியை வைத்து மூடி 3 - 5 நிமிடங்கள் சமைக்கவும், பின்னர் திருப்பி போடவும்
* இருபுறமும் பழுப்பு நிறமாக மாறியவுடன் எடுத்து பரிமாறவும்
Strawberry Pancake:

Foxtail Millet,
White Sorghum,
Milk powder,
Jaggery,
Vanilla powder,
Oat flour,
Carrot powder
Strawberries,
Baking powder,
Baking soda,
Salt
Preparation
* Take 1 cup strawberry pancake batter and mix it well with 1/4 cup water (mix to the consistency of dosa batter)
* Pour the batter into a hot dosa pan and add some ghee on it
* Cover with a tight lid and cook for 3 - 5 minutes, then flip it over
