Job Title : Organic Store Supervisor

Salary :15,000/- to 18,000/-

1. Store In-Charge

Core Responsibilities

• Open and close the store on time
• Maintain cleanliness and product arrangement
• Handle customer inquiries politely
• Guide customers about native products and usage
• Monitor daily sales and billing
• Coordinate online and offline orders
• Update stock availability
• Supervise staff activities
• Ensure proper product labeling and pricing
• Handle customer complaints professionally

Daily Tasks

• Check inventory status
• Verify fast-moving and low-stock items
• Confirm packing and dispatch status
• Update management about daily sales
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked

2. Packing & Order Processing Staff

Core Responsibilities

• Pack products safely and neatly
• Process online orders accurately
• Print shipping labels and invoices
• Verify product quantity and quality before dispatch
• Maintain packing materials stock
• Coordinate courier dispatch

• Check new website/WhatsApp orders
• Confirm dispatch timelines
• Update tracking details
• Organize products in storage racks
• Report damaged or low-stock products

3. Inventory & Stock Management Staff

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain stock records
• Update inward and outward entries
• Monitor expiry dates
• Conduct stock verification regularly
• Organize warehouse/storage area
• Coordinate with suppliers for inward materials

Daily Tasks

• Count critical stock items
• Update stock sheets/software
• Identify slow-moving products
• Report shortages immediately

4. Customer Support Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram, and website inquiries
• Explain product benefits clearly
• Follow up pending customer inquiries
• Handle order-related communication
• Collect customer feedback and reviews

• Reply to all customer messages
• Update order status to customers
• Handle delivery issues
• Support marketing campaigns
