1. குளிர் நீரில் நன்றாக கழுவவும்
2. சிறு சிறு துண்டுகளாக நறுக்கவும்
3. பிறகு நறுக்கிய மஞ்சள் துண்டுகளை 5- நிமிடம் கொதிக்கும் வெந்நீரில் போட்டு வைக்கவும்
4. கை படாமல் மஞ்சள் துண்டுகளை அரி கரண்டியில் எடுத்து வெந்நீரில் கழுவிய மிக்ஸியில் போட்டு அரைத்து , கை படாமல் கரண்டி அல்லது ஸ்பூன் மூலம் எடுத்து ,கண்ணாடி அல்லது food grade பிளாஸ்டிக் பாட்டிலில் அடைத்து பிரிட்ஜ் -ல் வைக்கவும்
5. தினமும் 30-கிராம்(ஓரு தேக்கரண்டி) அளவு எடுத்து சாப்பிடவும்.
